Kristin Mahan | APRN

Kristin Mahan has been a family nurse practitioner since 2011 with experience in primary care for adults ages 14 and up.

Kristin obtained her nurse practitioner degree from Sacred Heart University in 2011. She was the recipient of the Gold Medal of Excellence from Sacred Heart University, which acknowledges those students who achieve academic excellence. She is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in family practice.

Kristin is proud of her 18-year experience as an RN, and credits her strong nursing background as the reason for her success as an APRN. Previously, Kristin worked at the William W. Backus Hospital in their Backus Health Center in Montville. There she worked as a primary care provider, as well as in their busy urgent care center. In 2013 she opened her own primary care practice in Uncasville, where she continues to welcome patients.

Danielle Mallory | APRN

Danielle is originally from Connecticut. She received her associates degree from Three Rivers Community College followed by her bachelors degree from Sacred Heart University. She graduated with a Masters degree from Sacred Heart University’s FNP program with excellence in May of 2019. In her final semester, Danielle had the unforgettable opportunity of traveling to Uganda where she developed an entirely new perspective on healthcare. She is dedicated to caring for the underserved and focusing on health promotion and disease prevention across the lifespan.

Joseph O’Keefe | MD

Joseph is trained in both Orthopedic Surgery and Rehabilitation Medicine, board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
