Kristin Mahan | APRN

Kristin Mahan has been a family nurse practitioner since 2011 with experience in primary care for adults ages 14 and up.

Kristin obtained her nurse practitioner degree from Sacred Heart University in 2011. She was the recipient of the Gold Medal of Excellence from Sacred Heart University, which acknowledges those students who achieve academic excellence. She is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in family practice.

Kristin is proud of her 18-year experience as an RN, and credits her strong nursing background as the reason for her success as an APRN. Previously, Kristin worked at the William W. Backus Hospital in their Backus Health Center in Montville. There she worked as a primary care provider, as well as in their busy urgent care center. In 2013 she opened her own primary care practice in Uncasville, where she continues to welcome patients.

Lynda Lombardi | APRN/MSN, M.Ed., NP-C

Lynda Mary Lombardi is an adult-adolescent nurse practitioner with 12 years of experience in primary care. Lynda obtained her Master of Science Degree as an Adult Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care at Quinnipiac University in May of 2013, and graduated magna cum laude. She was inducted into the Tau Rho chapter of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society at Quinnipiac University. Lynda is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in Adult Primary Care, and has worked in Primary Care at Yale New Haven Health in New London, and at In-Health Med. Primary Care in Willimantic. She is a passionate health care provider who will listen to your concerns with empathy. In the past, as an RN, Lynda worked in ICU at Backus Hospital, and worked as a Hemodialysis charge nurse at Davita Dialysis in Norwich, CT.

 

Joseph O’Keefe | MD

Joseph is trained in both Orthopedic Surgery and Rehabilitation Medicine, board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
